I ordered a cart golf bag as a birthday gift. When I saw nothing arrive within the next 10 days, even though the bag was theoretically in stock, I called and was told they were moving their warehouse, so they had some delays...

I waited patiently an extra 10 days, so missing the birthday date, and finally got .... a carry bag of the same brand -- so not the one I ordered.

I called, got return instructions which I followed to the letter, including paying upfront for the return shipping, then was delivered exactly the same bag in return 2 weeks later!! No call, no explanation, no email, nothing.... just a note inside the package saying "please resend".

Never again with Direct Golf UK -- this is the worst e-commerce experience so far.
